1. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all business relationships between the Company and its customers through this website. Deviating terms of the customer are not accepted unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Products
All products offered are handcrafted design objects. Due to the artisanal manufacturing process, slight variations in color, surface, and dimensions are inherent characteristics and do not constitute defects.

Custom-made or made-to-order items are produced individually upon request of the customer and are excluded from standard return rights unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

3. Ordering Process and Contract Formation

The presentation of products does not constitute a legally binding offer. A purchase agreement is formed only when the Company confirms the order by email or by shipping the goods.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, stock inaccuracies, or suspected fraud.

4. Prices and Sales Tax
All prices are displayed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable California Sales Tax or other applicable taxes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The customer is responsible for any additional import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by foreign jurisdictions.

5. Payment
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment is due immediately upon order placement. The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment has been received.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is conducted to the destinations listed on the Shipping Information page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. The risk of loss transfers to the customer upon handover of the goods to the shipping carrier.

The Company is not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, force majeure, or events beyond its reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are governed by the Return Policy displayed on this website. Custom-made items, limited editions, and personalized products are non-refundable unless legally required.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method after inspection of the returned goods.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, texts, designs, logos, products, and product concepts, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. User Conduct
Customers agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any applicable laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under California law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from misuse of the website, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed exclusively under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of California.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
