T. Brandt & A. Brandt, a California Limited Liability Company, is committed to conducting business in a lawful, ethical, and socially responsible manner. We strive to ensure that forced labor, human trafficking, and slavery do not occur within our supply chains or in any part of our business operations.

Verification of Supply Chains
We evaluate risks of human trafficking and forced labor in our supply chains through internal review and supplier assessments. Due to the artisanal and small-batch nature of our production, our supply chain is limited and directly managed. Verification is conducted internally and is not currently performed by a third-party auditor. -
Supplier Audits
We do not conduct formal third-party audits of suppliers at this time. However, we maintain direct, ongoing relationships with our production partners and conduct risk-based reviews where appropriate. -
Certification by Suppliers
We require our direct suppliers to confirm that materials incorporated into our products are obtained in compliance with applicable labor, anti-slavery, and human trafficking laws of the countries in which they operate. -
Internal Accountability Standards
We maintain internal standards of conduct and accountability procedures regarding ethical sourcing and labor practices. Any violation of these standards may result in corrective action or termination of the business relationship. -
Employee Training
Employees and individuals involved in supply chain management receive training appropriate to their roles regarding the identification and prevention of risks related to human trafficking and forced labor. -
Scope of Products
Our products consist of handcrafted interior design and ceramic objects produced in small production runs. Due to the nature of our materials and manufacturing processes, we work with a limited number of vetted suppliers.
