SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the website of T. Brandt & A. Brandt, a California Limited Liability Company.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide to the destinations listed at checkout. If your country or region is not available for selection, please contact us prior to placing an order at:

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries or regions due to legal, logistical, or carrier-related limitations.
2. Processing Time
All products are either handcrafted in small batches or produced to order. Processing times therefore vary depending on product type and availability.
Typical processing time:

Processing time refers to the period required to prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Shipping is conducted via selected international carriers. The available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and costs are displayed at checkout based on your destination and order size.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
– Destination
– Package dimensions and weight
– Selected shipping method
All displayed shipping charges are exclusive of customs duties, import taxes, or other governmental fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, and other governmental charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount. Refusal to pay applicable customs charges may result in the return or abandonment of the shipment without refund.
6. Risk of Loss and Title
The risk of loss and damage to the goods transfers to the customer upon handover of the shipment to the shipping carrier.
Title to the goods passes to the customer at the same time, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
7. Shipment Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided by email once the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and destination and may not be available for all international shipments.
8. Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Additional shipping costs incurred due to address errors, redelivery attempts, or storage fees are borne by the customer.
9. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment is significantly delayed or lost, we will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier. However, we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
Refunds or replacements for lost shipments are issued at our discretion and in accordance with the carrier’s investigation outcome and applicable law.
10. Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, you must:
– Document the damage immediately with photographs
– Retain all packaging materials
– Notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery
Failure to comply with these steps may result in the denial of a damage claim.
11. Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery of a shipment for reasons not attributable to us, including refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, the shipment may be returned or abandoned. All incurred return shipping, customs, and handling fees will be deducted from any potential refund.
12. Partial Shipments
We reserve the right to ship orders in multiple parcels where necessary due to product availability, production status, or logistical considerations. Customers will not incur additional shipping charges for such partial shipments unless expressly agreed.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, or customs delays.
