RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the website of T. Brandt & A. Brandt, a California Limited Liability Company.

1. General Return Eligibility
   We accept returns of eligible items within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and original packaging.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in color, surface, and dimensions do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return.

1. Non-Returnable Items
   The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by mandatory law:
   – Custom-made or made-to-order products
   – Personalized or modified items
   – Limited editions or one-of-a-kind pieces
   – Gift cards
   – Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer

2. Return Authorization
   All returns must be requested in advance by contacting us at:

Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected. Upon approval, you will receive return instructions including the return address.

1. Return Shipping
   Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item delivered by us.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

1. Inspection and Refunds
   All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

1. Damaged or Defective Items
   If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide photographic documentation of the damage and packaging.

We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion, in accordance with applicable law.

1. International Returns
   International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and return shipping fees associated with a return. Any customs charges incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund if applicable.

2. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
   Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in denial of future purchases and recovery of incurred administrative and payment processing costs to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Legal Rights
   This Return Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law in the customer’s jurisdiction.
