How long does processing take
Processing time depends on whether the item is in stock or made to order.
– In-stock items: 2–5 business days einsetzen
– Made-to-order items: 2–8 weeks einsetzen
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

How long does shipping take
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method. International delivery times vary due to customs clearance and local carrier handling. Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.

How much does shipping cost
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method. Customs duties and import taxes are not included unless explicitly stated.

Do I have to pay customs duties and import taxes
Yes. International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and other governmental charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my order
Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Return Policy. Custom-made, personalized, limited edition, and one-of-a-kind items are generally non-returnable unless required by law.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged
Please notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide clear photographic documentation of the damage and the packaging. Retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

Can I change or cancel my order
Orders can only be modified or canceled if production or shipping has not yet begun. Please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once production or dispatch starts, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

What payment methods do you accept
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. All payments must be completed prior to shipment.

In which currency are prices displayed
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Are your products handmade
Yes. All products are handcrafted in small batches or produced to order. Minor variations in color, surface, and dimensions are inherent characteristics of handcrafted goods and do not constitute defects.

Do you offer custom or personalized items
Custom and personalized items may be available upon request, subject to feasibility and production capacity. Please contact us directly for inquiries regarding custom work.

Can I track my order
Where available, a tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking availability depends on the carrier and destination.

What happens if my package is lost
If your shipment is significantly delayed or lost, we will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier. Refunds or replacements depend on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation and applicable law.
